I had an excellent experience working with Kamil Drozd. He treated me with genuine respect, was extremely knowledgeable, and took great care of me throughout the entire process. His professionalism and outstanding customer service truly stood out. Honestly, Kamil deserves a raise! He is the main reason I will return in the future. Highly recommended!

Great people, great price on tires. The techs did a great job. Only have one issue. One of my valve stems are longer than the other three.

Our RV had a flat while on our way to Michigan. We stopped at your location in Normal to have two tires replaced. Alex and Chase went out of their way to help us get back on the road. They were busy and helped us while also assisting other customers. They were skilled and resourceful all while having a positive attitude. Good job Discount Tire.

Love this place. Every time I come in, Jonathan always sure he takes care of me. Bought a new car and he made sure I got the best tires on it to get maximum power and drive. Keep up the great customer service guys.

I had a slow leak in my tire and a friend recommended discount tire. I was promptly greeted by Jonathan and he was extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the process of tire inspection on the spot after I described my issue. He gave me an approximate time of completion. The tech came out with my tire to show me the damage that occurred after my run in with a pothole. I was given several options with next steps. Pricing was very clear and thoroughly explained. I'm very happy with the service I received today and will be back when I need to replace my full set.
